TNN Managed Services integrates networking, VPN, WiFi, storage, security and remote management capabilities. Our Managed Services include an enhanced firewall and an intrusion prevention system, protection against ransomware and real-time threat intelligence to secure every facet of managed IT services.
Internet Installation includes a Managed Router with 4 Ports. Cabling to workstations is quoted after we have done a survey. Basic WiFi Plus is short range Access Point for 2 – 3 offices. Additional Access Points provide unlimited coverage area with Private Office Network and Guest Network. WiFi Plus includes remote management. Number of required Access Points is determined during survey.
Hosted PBX and SMB Network Infrastructure installations include all required cabling and POE switches. Local Number Portability is per ticket. All numbers porting can be included on one ticket. Toll Free Number porting requires a separate ticket for each number. Each phone number is subject to $1.50/month LNP/E911 records charge.
Phone services include 1000 minutes of Domestic Long Distance per phone line. Hosted PBX services include 1000 minutes of Domestic Long Distance per workstation. Additional minutes are $0.30. Toll Free Service minutes are $0.35. All prices above installation charges are monthly recurring.
